Scenic Lake Cruise
Nowhere else in New England can you experience an international lake cruise as beautiful and interesting as Lake Memphremagog.
You’ll learn about the rich history of the lake, the local folklore, and unique points of interest on this 2-hour excursion. We’ll even take you into Canada for a few minutes so you can say you cruised into a foreign country. You’ll view the actual US-Canadian boundary line cut through the hillside and island and cross over the 45th latitude (your halfway to the north pole and the equator). Full beverage service and light snacks are available for purchase in our pub area. We will have an onboard historian/storyteller sharing the local folklore of the region.

Classic Lunch/Scenic Cruise
Linger over lunch as you listen to the folklore of the lake and experience the sights from a new perspective.
Cruising along the shores of Lake Memphremagog you’ll be served a wonderful light lunch with some inventive twists on classic favorites made from locally source ingredients. You’ll be treated to tales of the lake’s past, the history that formed the City of Newport and the local region while viewing Lake Memphremagog from a new vantage point.
This dining delight is being limited to 30 passengers, allowing you a cozy and relaxing experience. Departures on Fridays and Saturdays at 12:00 p.m.
Passengers can reserve a scenic cruise during this time if desired. The purchase of a lunch is not required to enjoy this cruise.

Dinner Cruises
Don’t let summer slip by without a celebration on a Friday evening aboard the Northern Star.
Gather with family, friends or colleagues to lift a glass in a toast to fun in the sun this summer on a Saturday night. Special hors-d’oeuvres will be our treat during the cruise as you embark for two hours of music and merriment. Enjoy local cuisine at it’s finest as we partner with 15 local restaurants in bringing sumptuous selections of their specialties during these excursions. Reservations are required for this 2-hour cruise. Pre-boarding begins at 5:30 p.m. with a 6 p.m. departure. We return to the dock around 8 p.m. Beer and wine are available for purchase in our Pub area. All ages are welcome, but please consider this is an adult cruise.

This Dinner Cruise is $49.95 per person. Sales tax is included. We encourage this as an Adult event.
Sunday Brunch Cruise
Join us for an idyllic brunch cruise celebrating with family and friends or just capping off a beautiful weekend with someone special.
Enjoy a delicious menu stocked with breakfast and lunch favorites, as you take in panoramic views of Newport City, the islands of the Lake and Owl’s Head in Canada. Reservations are required for this 2-hour lake cruise. Pre-boarding begins at 10:30 a.m. with an 11 a.m. departure. The Northern Star returns to the dock at 1 p.m.
Experience a buffet-style brunch with freshly prepared breakfast, lunch & dessert dishes by one of our 15 partner restaurants from the area. Using locally sourced ingredients, our local chefs will delight you with brunch classics and restaurant specialties. Coffee, tea and water is included with the brunch. Beer, wine champagne and mimosa’s are available for purchase in our Pub area.
